WRAP Factory Inspection Process

1、 Simulated self-evaluation: according to the requirements of the factory inspection, the relevant internal management personnel of the factory set up a self-evaluation team or hired a professional consulting agency to conduct a simulated evaluation of the factory itself to find loopholes or problems and improve deficiencies. When the management team believes that the factory basically meets the WRAP factory inspection requirements, it can submit a certification application report to the Board of Directors to apply for WRAP factory inspection.

2、 Inspection and Review: After the application is approved, the WRAP Factory Inspection Board authorizes the factory management team to make an appointment with any supervisor on the board's list of registered supervisors. The supervisor will conduct an evaluation of the factory and decide whether it complies with the WRAP factory inspection principles, whether certification is allowed, and whether some supervisors have opinions based on the evaluation report.

3、 Review and Tracking: After the supervisor issues a recommendation letter that meets the standards, the factory can formally submit a certification request to the WRAP Factory Inspection Committee. After receiving the report, the certification committee will list the detailed validity period of the certification and urge the factory to accept random inspections to review the certification results.
