Project overview
The SLCP Social Labor Integration Project aims to create standardized social and labor efficiency evaluation methods in the footwear and apparel manufacturing supply chain through the joint efforts of the entire industry, in order to achieve true sustainable development of the entire industry chain. By implementing an effective integrated evaluation framework to replace existing proprietary evaluation tools, avoiding duplication and reducing the number of social labor audits.
SLCP evaluation cycle
All validation cycles are approximately 3-4 weeks, with a maximum of 8 weeks at the latest. The self-evaluation text document is quite complex and needs to be conducted within 2 weeks. Manufacturers can choose to conduct self-evaluation or select an auditing company for collaborative evaluation. Verification time can be booked or not booked, but self-assessment must be conducted 10 days before the scheduled evaluation time to facilitate verification by the verifier.

SLCP evaluation process
1. Self evaluation
The factory uses data collection tools to conduct self-assessment of its social and labor data.
2. Verification
Experienced social auditors who have been authorized to conduct SLCP verification will visit the facility to check if the answers provided by the facility in its self-assessment are accurate, and to record new answers if any entries in the facility are incorrect or incomplete.
3. Data sharing
SLCP allows facilities to share their final validation data with selected stakeholders through a unique data sharing ecosystem that links different platforms together.
