1. 2. Conduct on-site inspections and further establish cooperation intentions: Our company will send senior consultants to the factory to conduct on-site inspections and understanding. Senior consultants will inspect the factory production site, check the factory production materials and relevant documents required for factory inspection (such as salary and working hours information, age documents, factory completion acceptance report, fire safety acceptance report, pollution discharge permit, chef's work permit, etc.), and answer questions raised by enterprises on site.

3. Contract signing: Both parties sign a consulting service contract and prepay half of the contract amount as a deposit.

4. Training on audit related knowledge: Senior consultants provide audit related knowledge training to relevant personnel of the enterprise (requiring participation from middle and senior leaders), including customer standards \ Code of Conduct, relevant laws and regulations \ Law Profile, industry standards \ Industry Standards, etc.

5. Tailored enterprise improvement plan: Under the guidance of senior consultants, enterprises need to form project work teams to cooperate with various rectification measures. It is recommended that senior leaders take on the role of person in charge and establish specific implementers and completion times for each improvement plan, in order to implement the rectification measures effectively.

6. Standard document writing: Senior consultants will write required procedural documents, employee manuals, etc. according to client requirements and legal regulations.

7. On site environmental rectification: Senior consultants will carry out rectification of dining halls, dormitories, and workshop environments in accordance with legal standards, customer standards, or industry codes of conduct to meet the standards required for auditing.

8. Improve various audit related documents and materials: Senior consultants will guide personnel, finance personnel, and relevant personnel in various departments to improve audit related materials such as personnel, attendance, salary and benefits

9. Employee training: Conduct employee training in batches to familiarize oneself with the audit process and the questions asked during the audit.

10. Simulated audit: Senior consultants will simulate on-site audits, identify problems from simulated audits, and provide timely guidance for rectification.

11. On site audit: Accept on-site audit by notary public, accompanied by senior auditors on the day of audit. Obtain an audit certificate or audit report after passing.

12. After sales tracking service: Free after-sales tracking service, including rectification plans, annual review applications, translation of documents or emails, etc.
