The qualification stage has two purposes: firstly, to analyze the reasons for the company's deviation from BSCI requirements, and secondly, to develop corrective measures and achieve improvement within the recognized time frame BSCI member trading partners will provide support and assistance during this process This support includes supervision, guidance, and proposing training measures

The implementation of corrective actions can be a difficult process Therefore, the plan for improving and correcting implementation measures should be considered comprehensively, and a feasible and sound structure can avoid unnecessary difficulties for the audited company and its employees

The management of the company should analyze each deviation from the requirements listed in the CAP (Corrective Action Plan) based on the social responsibility audit report with personnel responsible for specific aspects within the company The fundamental and special reasons encountered during the review process should be evaluated and possible solutions considered

The corrective action plan should focus on feasibility and the specified time frame achieved during the review

All action plans should always include the following parts:

1. Definition of the problem

2. Potential solutions

3. Identify responsible personnel and other relevant personnel

4. Limit the time for corrective actions

5. Monitoring activities

It should also be confirmed whether it is necessary to know how to make necessary improvements in the company If the company does not have the relevant capabilities, qualifications, and fully authorized human resources to implement the action plan, then even the best problem-solving plan will lose its effectiveness If the company and its BSCI member trading partners are unable to resolve the issue, external service providers or consultants can be hired to provide reasonable advice.
