BSCI understands that non-compliance with labor rights is often related to political, economic, or cultural issues, which not only affect individual workplaces but also entire industries and countries. In order to find sustainable solutions to these challenges, BSCI works closely with numerous stakeholders, including governments, unions, non-governmental organizations, business associations, purchasers, and suppliers. In order to maximize our impact, we actively utilize various channels such as dialogue, establishing partnerships, and jointly building capacity.

Over the years, BSCI has established communication platforms for different stakeholders in major procurement countries. Under this premise, BSCI collaborates with the WTO Economic Guide to host the "China Europe Corporate Social Responsibility Roundtable Forum" twice a year in China. As a professional and practical communication platform and channel between China and Europe in the field of corporate social responsibility, the forum has successfully held seven sessions of seminars and has received support from the China Textile Industry Federation, as well as positive evaluations and strong support from relevant government departments, corporate social responsibility professional institutions, and stakeholders and participants such as participating Chinese and European enterprises.

The 11th China Europe Social Responsibility Roundtable Forum successfully concluded on November 27, 2014 in Shanghai.

Thirteen years after China's accession to the WTO, with the development of international trade, the level of supply chain management has been continuously improved. Buyers and suppliers are increasingly inclined to work together to solve practical problems in the procurement process. The labor force is becoming younger, with higher levels of education, and there is an increasing demand for labor rights protection. Labor relations issues have become a challenge faced by both buyers and suppliers. Building constructive labor relations is not only the common expectation of Chinese manufacturing purchasers and suppliers, but also the shared responsibility of stakeholders.

The 11th forum aims to deepen the discussion results of previous roundtable forums, share insights, experiences, and significance of building constructive labor relations and promoting the development of corporate social responsibility partnerships, and promote the establishment of employee communication mechanisms. Organizations such as the China Advisory Committee on Social Responsibility System Cooperation (MAC), Chinese enterprises, and the All China Federation of Trade Unions will be invited to attend and share their experiences and perspectives on building constructive labor relations and promoting new levels of corporate social responsibility partnerships. Representatives from governments, associations and chambers of commerce, research institutions, international organizations, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, media, and multinational corporations will attend the forum to conduct in-depth discussions on how to promote corporate social responsibility partnerships, and provide useful experiences and suggestions from their own perspectives.
