1. Fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, fire alarm bells and their installation locations
2. Safe exits, safe passage lines, and their markings/signs
3. Hardware facilities related to security: equipment, personnel, and training, etc
4. Machine equipment: maintenance records, protective measures
5. Special equipment:
6. Chemical handling: secondary containers, MSDS sheets PPE、 Chemical warehouse, ventilation facilities, waste area
7. Power facilities: distribution room, distribution box, line safety, job training, generator
8. Room temperature, ventilation, and lighting conditions
9. Warehouse: Explosion proof lights, fire-fighting facilities
10. Overall cleanliness and hygiene
11. Sanitary facilities (canteen, restroom, and drinking water area)
12. Necessary welfare and convenience facilities, such as emergency rooms, first aid kits, canteens/dining areas, drinking water areas, etc
13. Dormitory/housing situation (if provided to employees)
